This is a wonderful Craftsman-style farmhouse built in 1912 with three adjoining cottages on a working horse ranch. It is just 3 minutes from downtown Ashland Oregon, home of the renowned Shakespeare Festival and an easy drive to the Britt Festivals in nearby historic Jacksonville.

  The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. All rooms have queen beds.
• The Groom's Cottage lends itself to a honeymooner's retreat or for use as an overflow for guests from the farmhouse. Antique chandelier and cathedral ceilings flanked by rock walls gives you that Tuscan feel. You lie in bed, look through your french doors and 5 feet beyond your private patio you awaken to horses lazily eating grass.
• The Bunkhouse is a charming one-room cottage, perfect for one or two people. Gives you that homespun feel, taking you back to the simpler days of yore. Don't be surprised when you wake up in the morning and are greeted by a horse popping its head through your open window!!
• The Carriage House Irish bed, fireplace....ooh la la, what more can I say! Sleeps three. Farmhouse and Cottages are tastefully decorated, elegant yet unpretentious. Staying at any one of these four accomodations will be an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will want to return year after year.

Outdoor BBQ is perfect for family get togethers, reunions and entertaining. Enjoy your quiet time sipping coffee on the front porch surrounded with hanging baskets. Hug a baby foal. Pick fresh cherries, apples, pears, and apricots from the mature fruit trees. Pluck mouth watering blackberries...bake a pie! Bring your own horse or schedule a trail ride. There are many beautiful trails in and around Ashland. Come stay, you won't be disappointed.

Rates

Reservations held seven days pending receipt of 50% deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations require 30 days notice for a refund, minus a cancellation fee of 25% of the nightly rate per night cancelled. If cancellation notice is given less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a refund will be given for each night the house is rebooked, minus the above stated 25% processing fee.

There is a $15 charge for each additional person over 5 in farmhouse. $50 pet deposit. Stay 6 nights, 7th night free!

No smoking allowed indoors. If bringing a dog, please bring a crate.
